For dry masala-
1. ½ tsp black pepper powder
2. ½ tsp black salt
3. ½ tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
4. ½ tsp salt
5. ¼ tsp dry ginger powder
6. ¼ tsp dry mango powder
7. ½ tsp chat masala powder
For green chutney-
1. 1 tsp dry coriander seeds
2. ½ tsp cumin seeds
3. ¼ tsp asafoetida
4. 10-12 curry leaves
5. ¼ tsp black salt
6. ¼ tsp salt
7. ¼ cup roasted chickpeas
8. ¼ cup chopped cucumber
9. 1 cup chopped capsicum
For assemble sandwich-
1. Roti
2. Green chutney
3. Vegetable
4. Dry masala
5. Tomato sauce
6. Sev
7. Ghee for roaste sandwich
