Hello sir mere first report me -STIR hyperintensity is seen in supraspinatus tendon near insertion site suggests partial intrasubstance tear and hookedshape acromion cause impingement. Aur dusri report ekdum normal aaa rahi he dono reports me 6-6 month kaa gape he. Mujhe movement koi problem nhi but mujhe abhi impingement hoti he. Kya tear heal ho sakta he kya. Abhi ke reports me dikha raha heki there is no evidence of fully or partial Thickness tear and grade-2 acromion present. Kya ek aur baar reports krana chaahiye
