Great Video Tom. I have been watching you for a few months now and believe that you are a stand up guy putting out positive content about the liquidation game. Some of my most viewed videos are unboxing pallets, people really enjoy seeing what's inside and the potential profit. Maybe you can sprinkle some of those in to increase your viewership. -Dan

There is a bin store in Southern California called Treasure Hunt that has a unique pricing strategy. They bring the pallet onto the floor starting at 90% of MSRP. After a day or two, the merchandise is moved over to the 80% area, then 70%, 60%, 40%, 20%. They also have an app where the customer can scan the product for the adjusted price. They are always busy and it looks to be a decent pricing model for a bin store. - Flippin Aint Easy

So I was listening to your video I appreciate all the help you do for us I have a clearance center discount store in Long Island New York I do Walmart target Costco I scan the item and I do 50% of the MSRP doing pretty good $20-$30,000 a month gross and I’m switching half the store over to a bin store and I know I heard you say you put $50 items in under in your bin stores for five dollars I’m going to be put doing $10 Saturday Sunday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Six dollars $3 $1. Friday restock. I’m gonna be putting in hundred dollar items and under in the bins so Saturday and Sunday with my $10 day any thoughts I appreciate all the help you gave us guys I belong to your Bing co-op on Facebook a lot of great people

I visited and fell in love with one in Muncie Indiana. they priced $10 down to $0.25 open 7 days a week. they restocked on Sunday nights. Sunday day was $0.25 cents to clear out the old stock. they also had large ticket items on the outer walls with set prices and with the stale larger items they added them on other days until sold. I would only visit on the $10 days and $0.25 days cause the distance of travel and area. hope it helps

I fell in love with owning my own business and now that I'm retired I want a bin store. Where do I find the guys that sell the truckloads, are there listings for buying pallets, or do I have to seek and find on my own and just ask around?

Make your starting amount on your bin stores a mystery each week. Not so much a mystery but let it change each week when necessary. The reason is you may have a load where you really need to start at $20 or $10 etc. Last day is always a dollar. I mentioned this to Ian the other day was go bin price your pallets when you have the inventory to do it. A pallet you normally sell at $1000 start at $1500 or $1200 or whatever.. then every Monday or whatever day you chose drop the price by 15% until gone. This allows you to make more on someone itching to buy and your regulars will feel good about you having a structured way of discounting inventory that is aging. Make the last price just a bit over your cost. I love the 80/20 rule. 80% of your sales will come from 20% of your skus etc.. What is your inventory turn ratio? Do you have a system in place that Identifies older stock and allows you to manage it through discount or soft promotion? I'd love to talk with you when you can set a time on sales marketing and promotion concepts used by the multi-million dollar guys. I ain't selling nothing but I do enjoy putting programs together that create cash flow. Plus I have some down time coming soon.

I have an apartment with a store front. I put in a small-scale bookstore for children's education books. As much as I love selling these books, books don't sell. I am considering making a switch to a small-scale bin store. I have a great source, locally, for buying product in pallets. If you have any suggestions for doing what you do but at a much smaller scale, I would be interested.

Hey there. Love your channel. My husband and I, considering opening a bin store in Atlanta, GA, and watching all of your videos. Really enjoyed the content. I have two questions for you: what camera does your cameraman use? The quality is amazing!!! And another question: We do have a good liquidator in Atlanta nearby, would you recommend going locally and purchasing pallets from him? How to find a space for a bin store? What price range is good? Any specifics about location? What to look for when looking for a store??? Thanks so much. Mary

I’d like to know why some rigs are manifested and others are not, example harbor freight advertise price for and 10,000 per load 24 pallets, other question the high shipping rates you’ve been paying are they charging the same people that live in the same state but the opposite side of it the same kind of Shipping fees? I would if you happen to have your own rig? Richie Bacon tell Bing I said hello!
