I adore Sandy so much. I love it when she has to double check with Alan if a football joke is made 😄

As this episode was aired early 2018, it was strangely prescient. "Bad manners is the worst thing you can catch in the office...unless you work in a virus laboratory."

Saw the Manet/Degas exhibition at the Met. I thought Degas’ blurriness was an affectation, but macular degeneration would explain a lot. Manet was still a much better painter, even taking that into account.

Getting sick at the office, that's what I call foreshadowing! Also here the weirdest thing about gaps in resumes. Usually it's because there was personal stuff like going to school, raising a child, self discovery. But recently, many employers are suspicious about gaps in every resume from March to September of 2020. It's as if they've already forgotten what happened then! 🤦‍♀

I'm not sure about onions but it works with garlic. Rub garlic on your foot, or your child's, and you taste it or smell it on their breath. I have experienced it.

Contacts work for reducing irritation from ammonia gas (if ever to encounter ) as well, but that only means you don't feel the damage as it occurs. Contacts don't necessarily "block" the onion gases but instead absorb them that you need to thoroughly clean the contacts afterwards or throw them away.

But I DID get my eyes checked at my optician also, I saw it chalked on a wall in Karachi, "Milton went blind because there were no opticians back in the day" I don't know how factual the statement or how effective the advertisement, but I was amused

So, Sandy, they make these things, I think they even have them in Denmark, called _sweaters_ that apparently, if you wear one, you'll quit complaining about the thermostat being set too low. Quite an invention, I'd say.

Richard Osman is pretty good in this, though I saw a special where he interviewed Frankie Boyle and he ended it by scolding and shaming Boyle for some joke he had made and it’s been a hard negative impression to let go of.

I love Sandy (and I loved Stephen Frye, too). But Alan - the unfortunately permanent panelist is revolting. First, he thinks he's the funniest thing ever. He's like the asinine class clown and he's not funny...he's just fekkin' annoying. Worst thing is that Sandy seems to find him hilarious. UGH. I stopped watching just because Alan repulses me.
