Small note about the bourbon used: Angel's Envy is uniquely suited for this, because it's aged in Port wine barrels to give it a noticeable sweetness compared to other bourbons.

@eriknervik9003 my mistake; it's been a while since I've bought it. The shortages from 2020 doubled the price from $50 to $100 and I couldn't justify spending that much anymore. Either way, the port wine flavor definitely enhances it to a noticeable degree and if you can manage to have some at some point I highly recommend it.
