Ted Lasso's optimistic, unflappable energy didn't just win over the hearts of the footballers he coached; this past year, audiences everywhere were swept up in his Kansas City charm. Now his crumbly, buttery shortbread biscuits can win you over no matter what scumbag ex-husband's reputation you seek to sabotage, thanks to this simple-but-loving recipe.

He isn't snapping his fingers and doing a finger gun at the camera while winking and saying "what's up youtube, it's your boy, binging with babish" in an attempt to inorganically pad out the video length to 10+ mins for the youtube algorithm and more view time revenue. Absolutely scrumptious! I didn’t know browned butter would make such a difference.

As soon as I saw the thumbnail with the little rectangles of shortbread I clapped my hands, pointed, and yelled "TED LASSO!" before even seeing the actual title. Now I used to always ask for the Broodwich from ATHF, but now that you've done that, my new request is from my Glee-loving heart... Fondue for Two!

Just wanna say I enjoy your videos so much I showed my girl friend all your videos and we've both enjoyed your content. You've helped me recreate newyork pizza. Especially the sauce. You probably have some idea but I've been traveling around the world for 3 years and I can say confidentially that newyork does pizza wayyyy better than most of the world. Latvia has this sweet pizza that's actually amazing in its own way. But every place in the US that says newyork pizza is woefully inadequate compare to actual newyork pizza. And I gotta say you nailed the sauce 100%. Helps me refuse dominoes when I know I can make better Za at home
