From someone who's family has been regulars at Fiore's for decades, and I mean that literally, both parents grew up in Hoboken and weekly family trips were a staple, next time you wanna make this, drench the bread itself in the gravy. Or when you visit Fiore's again, just buy their sandwich as is (completely get why you ordered them all separate in the video-to reconstruct it), cuz they soak their sandwich bread in the gravy so much the bread color becomes a dark brown. It's truly magical. Love your videos, my entire family was so excited to hear you mention this beloved deli.
