BINGKA DAWA | Bibingka Gawa Sa Dawa (Millet) | Famous In Asturias, Cebu

Dawa, Kabog, or Millet is a small cerial grains mostly planted by farmers in the northern part of Cebu... this is usually used for feeding birds but also edible in making various kakanin. This Bibingka Dawa is just a simple classic Bibingka Bisaya recipe.
Ingredients:
1 cup dawa
1 1/2 cup rice (use laon rice)
1 1/4 washed sugar
4 cups coconut milk
1 tbsp instant dry yeast
1/2 tsp fine salt
1 tsp vanilla
