My eyes could be fooling’ me but it was in the upper right side ( but NOT exactly in of the corner of sifter ) which is facing the bank. I'm not really familiar with the theorized use of a "nutting stone" but I'm assuming it's for cracking open nuts. To be completely honest I wouldn't have even noticed it as being man-made until it was pointed out. That said, I work with a lot of stone tools and If i look at something for more than 10 seconds I can usually figure out something to do with it. I literally thought you said "nothing stone" until you showed it and I was like "OH, A NUTTING STONE". I can't tell you what THEY used it for but I can certainly tell you what my brain told me I could do with it lol. And I'm assuming whoever coined that term had the same idea.
