This will help JIO to get a better listing because of backward integration. The promoter of HFCL sits on the board of Reliance JIO .Discussions on swap ratio at the final stages . HFCL shareholders will get shares of Reliance JIO. *Defence company* - will see equity infusion from Reliance Industries , existing promoter and one of the world’s largest deference company . . Company expects an order book of Rs10000 cr from the defence business in the next 6-8 months
