i feel like faster cast time is always better specially if you use injustice card and other proc cards, also faster cast time can trigger and stack card deck buffs quicker. and another thing in pvp, fast cast time is super important.

for my set up now i just use 2 lvl 4 ranged boons ,and 1 lvl 4 quicken ct ,to bring my cast time to 0.2 - it also helps that my quicken ct enchant has patk percent stat so i dont miss out much on dps

maybe you are right, and going 3 quicken is bad idea
