it oxidise? like foundation? if yes. than how many shades? can oily skin people apply this in summer? does it peel by applying 2-3 finger rule matt/ dewy? what kind of finish it gives?

Not much. Not for oily skin. Yes, it peels. It's Dewy finish. Has a strange scent too, wait not scent but it's a smell.
