Understanding energy systems can be complicated but it's really just the process of taking macronutrients and turning it into ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate) which is the energy currency of our cells.

does this 2 energy systems repeats itself for instance I start an exercise that goes maybe till 2 min and then I rest and go again does it start again by ATP and then so one or it follows what it stayed before in the energy system?
