Please tell me why do we add jaggery in the mixture?
@SANDEEP724974 жыл бұрын
it is for the microbes to feed on.

Hey, jaggery helps in the process of breaking down the enzymes, it makes the fermentation happen faster. This is the same reason that the solution doesn't attract ants either, the small quantity of jaggery dissolves and breaks down into enzymes.

I have store lemon peal to make bio enzyme but it has become black and it has got fungus... still can I use it
@Purple-sx8us3 жыл бұрын
I don’t think so , you will have to store citrus fruits peels in fridge so that they don’t rot.
@sutabombay3 жыл бұрын
You cannot use peels with fungus. So, when you store the new peels, store them in the freezer and they will be good to us whenever you need them.

Once the enzyme is ready, do we need to refrigerate it? If not, how long does it remain in a usable condition? Does it get spoiled after some time?
@vandanasrirangam26822 жыл бұрын
Bioenzyme is a natural preservative. It never gets spoiled. You don't have to refrigerate at all

When I am collecting orange peels to meet the required quantity the orange peels r becoming blackish in the inside part. Can we still use them. Please advise
@riyakanojiya26543 жыл бұрын
I don't think so By the way, when you are collecting citrus peel for bio enzymes you should take a bottle and directly put the peels don't collect that it's not necessary to put all the things together with same amount, I meant say that if you have eat any citrus fruits you should take out peels and the put it in a bottle and some water and jaggery and after some days if you eat another citrus fruits take that peels and put in the same bottle of bio enzymes, I am telling this method because I personally try it too and it's take 3 month to ready, You can use papaya mango peels too

Doesn't the jaggery make it sticky
@sutabombay3 жыл бұрын
Once jaggery is added to the mixture, the end product is not sticky at all. In fact it helps in the breakdown of enzymes 😃

its been 2 to 2.5 months now, how can i know that my bio enzyme is ready ?
@adamsalam29353 жыл бұрын
Even the gas stops forming then its ready and the peels settle down.It is adviced that u should leave the enzyme to ferment it for 3 months and then use it.
