Hmm i haven’t heard of an app like this for men, but you could do some research into the males 24 hr hormone cycle. The book ‘Taoists Secrets of Love: cultivating male sexual energy’ is a great book for men about channeling their energy for healing & optimising live force. Not the same topics of course but an interesting read & rabbit hole. 🐇💓🙏
