you are not giving idea about how to find multiple sequence alignment , how to write next sequence after compare two sequence and you going continuously study

I wholeheartedly agree, and it's not just this video. There's not a single tutorial or paper ANYWHERE that formalizes the process of progressive alignment. Everything I have seen gives bits and pieces of that process (usually using profiles to do the sequence alignment), but lacks a COMPLETE treatment of the subject. They'll perform arbitrary operations like extending the sequence, adding a gap in a seemingly random position without any explanation of why that position was chosen.
