Hello, when I install tools in the environment, do they install globally for all other environments or only in the one where I installed them?

Installations are done in the specified environment. You can only use the installed tools if the environment is activated.

i got this Solving environment: unsuccessful initial attempt using frozen solve. Retrying with flexible solve. PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels: !!!
