Original comment talks about even like somebody ( the biologist in this case ) who really looks very knowledgable about the stuff he passionate about can still have a moment of confusion about a little things. 12:22 Such as this internet lingo that seems unfamiliar to him. Next to the "ohhhhhh that's what that is" after somebody on the back explain it to him. It makes a sweet moment to like explaining to your parents about these zoomer thingy that seems to captivated them.

Sadly a lot of teachers for a good 30 years have been rather lack luster, very few seem to actually enjoy their profession. I can only think of a hand full of teachers that made learning actually interesting or I wish I had myself.... Most just droned on reading out of the book hardly seeming to know the material they were teaching.

"Oftentimes, those mistakes lead to new features" And here we see that "it's not a bug, it's a feature" doesn't only apply to computer programs. Also I wouldn't be surprised if the evolutionary advantage of blue eyes was simply that humans found them very attractive (especially back when they were "new").
@mechanomics26493 жыл бұрын
I'm fairly sure that the evolutionary advantage of blue eyes is better eyesight in dimmer light, via reflecting more light off the irises. Very, very useful for northern climates.
@michaelcherokee89063 жыл бұрын
@@mechanomics2649 That makes absolutely no sense. Blue eyes are clear to all wavelengths of light that arent blue. They only look blue due to structural color, known as the Tyndall Effect. They reflect exclusively blue light. Please see my reply to your own comment below. Id like to hear an explanation of your reasoning, cause I suspect it isnt complete.
