Before the Hokuriku Shinkansen was extended to Tsuruga, the Shirasagi Express ran early in the morning and connected to the Tokaido Shinkansen at Maibara Station, but with the extension to Tsuruga, the Shirasagi Express was discontinued and this train was set up as a replacement. It's great because you don't have to pay the express fare, but you have to line up to get a seat (lol)

Me basically when i have to already get back to Tokyo early in the morning but at the same time also have at seishuun 18 kipuu while starting at Tsuruga😂😂😂😂

There are no Shinkansen trains arriving at Tsuruga Station at this time. Originally, the Shirasagi to Maibara was scheduled to run early in the morning, but since the JR line is no longer running from Fukui to Tsuruga, this has been discontinued. Instead, the 5:49am Hapi Line Fukui Line rapid train and this special rapid train will transport passengers from Fukui to Tsuruga in a relay format to Maibara Station.

思ったよりゆっくりでした。 もう少し速く走ってくれたら名古屋方面行きの特別快速に接続出来るのにしないのは新幹線への誘導なのかなと思いました。
