It looks like a mixture of a Kanohi Kiril and a Kanohi Huna, actually. also I think new Gali's mask looks like a mask of possibilities (Nikila's Kanohi).

+ZygfrydJelenieRogi i wanted to add a new look to it and the visor was quite a welcome happy accident. i love the visor mask which is probably one of the reasons i loved my moc Heigou and fingers are more effective for the job... huehue

Bionicdeadpool productions yo bruh, the program is called PaintTool SAI, its $50 and you want to use something like a Wacom Tablet or something similar.
