HCl is for the conversion of amylopectin to amylose and NaOH is for pH control (raise it to 7)

I know that bioplastic can also be made from coffee beans. If you search bioplastic from foodwaste I’m guessing you’re going to find what you’re looking for!

Actually I have found resources that do tell about how to make bioplastics, but the results are usually replacement for pet bottles, polythene bags, etc. I'm looking for something that can undergo a foaming process, to make something like a PU or TPU foam? Is that possible?
