Depends on the ambient conditions (high humidity area/ winter time) but it is possible to dry in open air yes.

Hmm... difficult to say without more information, maybe you're removing it from the mould too soon?

I prepare it at the Laboratory level, so I can't leave it at room temperature for 3 days. Use a drying oven at 35°C. The bioplastic wrinkles and becomes very thin. I don't know what to do to improve the appearance. Please help me@@giestas

a drying oven is perfect, so that shouldn't be the problem. Is there a chance you didn't add enough glycerin?

Hi there! If one doesnt have a dehydrator, Is it best dried in open air, if so how long do you think it would take? Second, can it be oven dried? If so what tempt can be used and how many minutes? Thank you ! 😅

Depending on humidity levels where you live, it might get dry in 3 days. I haven't tried the oven, but I'm guessing it'll introduce bubbles in the material.

1- pectin makes it easier to handle, but its difficult to show the difference on video. You can make the recipe without pectin if need be. 2- if you use agar you'll get a nice bioplastic also, but the sealing method might not work. I have to make some more tests on that myself.
