Firstly, I care more about *you* than the channel and any updates. If this is helping keep you sane, then I'm all for it, brother. Secondly, you have amazing handwriting. Seriously. Thirdly, I did have a 'fibrous tumor' at one point myself. They're not fun (mine was in the face, so it couldn't just be removed in an outpatient situation as they were worried about severing all the nerves in my face). They thought it was a cyst at first. I went to get it removed as soon as I noticed it and it just started growing like mad, so it was assumed it was an infected cyst. Here's hoping that's your situation, man! It wasn't pleasant, but far better than the alternative. Pulling for you, man.

I don't know if this is available for you, but there appears to be a monoclonal treatment for stomach cancer. This basically directly adds antibodies targeting your cancer cells. From what I see, there are at least six different approaches / variations potentially available.
