I am so glad that as of watching this video I'm still in Hephaestus so I can go back to Port frolic and get that second one I completely forgot about, I was wondering why I felt kind of short-handed in the upgrade department

Sorry that I'm replying to an older comment, but basically let him live after he releases you from fort frolic and when you reach mercury suites, he will be in that second room (his bedroom) and then you should kill him there, and you can still take a photo of the body for the hidden trophy "irony."

When you first meet Cohen in person, it is VITAL to NOT KILL him. Spare him and proceed playing until you reach his home. Upon arriving, Sander will welcome the player but will warn to not disturb the ambience. Eliminate everyone alive in his house. Cohen will be furious and try to kill you. Defeat him and you'll find the key on his inventory.

Hey a little question I didn't kill cohen but the terminal on Fort Frolic didn't open (if it helps it's the third time I play the game and the second i killed Cohen)

If you left him live in Fort Frolic and didn't aggro him, his apartment should be unlocked in Olympus Heights. If you are talking about the tonic in the glass display in the Fort Frolic main room, I believe you need to travel to his apartment in Olympus Heights first to get a key (off his body), then travel back to get the tonic
