Good luck with your journey. I haven't been able to kick it properly so I've shifted to vaping and it's doing wonders, a good substitute if you find you're struggling going cold turkey or with other NRT

@@mz5388 Isn't vaping worse for you or something? I don't think you should try that as a substitute, but I may be wrong. Depending on your frequency of smoking, try not smoking for a couple hours. Then try for 12 hours. Then for a full day. Then for two, three, four. Slowly work up to your goal.
