it's not so much hating it's just people had been criticizing them because in an early e3 teaser they showed an early concept of the game(Bioshock Infinite) and people felt like they got bait and switched. just because that teaser was very different from the final product. i could really care less about that though.

I remember playing Bioshock for the first time back in 2007, it was like nothing else I'd ever experienced, and to this day nothing has quite matched it. It has its own unique tone, a grim charm, a magic often imitated but never replicated. I went on to become a massive fan of the entire series, so here's to Bioshock, one of the most influence and awe inspiring games ever made.

Btw, the visuals, animations, sound design, setting, story, acting and characters were all excellent. You can't deny that. But yeah, I'd kill to see a rework of Infinite's gameplay... To at least step it up to Burial at Sea's level.

i want to cry now. and ,i love bioshock but please, would you kindly not make any more bioshock games? like, infinite was a perfect ending for the series. don't go ruin it like ubisoft did assassin's creed
@johnathonhaney82917 жыл бұрын
anouk noa I can get behind that. Funny how everyone just assumes a new game would automatically be good or worthwhile. Infinite taught them nothing...not in terms of how a story needs to end, not in terms of how overblown expectations can be dashed. All they do instead is complain.
@Filip-pz7wu7 жыл бұрын
Rapture and Columbia are big cities, you can easily create side stories within these set before / after / during the events of the main games.

anouk noa in all honesty, after playing and liking bioshock 1 and 2 i found bioshock infinite more of a spin-off, it was still great nonetheless. But i would love another story where Eleanors (bioshock 2) story continues.
@spicymilkshake66007 жыл бұрын
anouk noa They're already making a new one, without Irrational, or Ken for that matter. Not much information is out yet.
@MCGaui7 жыл бұрын
i never understand this argument? you know the first bioshocks doesn't cease to exist just because there is a new one. also why have they to connect them? i personally disliked that they tangled infinte with rapture. just make a new city, with complete new story.

I played this game on the last gen consoles and it still holds well with today's games .... it did not need a remaster version.... this is my favorite game series ever ..... the plot, gameplay and visuals are what kept bringing me back to replay again :)

These games always gave me a feeling of wonder and astonishment, the amount of time I spent just wondering around Rapture and Columbia finding extra pieces of lore and just exploring is uncountable. A truly beautiful game franchise

And here you'll see we have bioshock attempting to compete with skyrim for the title of game with most re-releases, honestly I think they're neck and neck at the moment, it's going to be close!!
@crazyfrog55527 жыл бұрын
Ecap It's a collecters edition that includes a Big Daddy and little sister model and Bioshock the Collection. It's not a re-release, D- on your research homework.

1 year has passed already and they still didn't bother to fix the outrageously bugged Bioshock 2 Remastered...Cash grabbing pricks.
@joshua03337 жыл бұрын
Delusional Labcoat weren't the remasters suppose to fix the glitches?
@rmc98737 жыл бұрын
will smith desperately wanting a hug Yes, but as you can see most of them are lazy downgrades that don't bother to fix the games and are obvious cashgrabs. 50 percent of Bioshock 2 remastered owners can't even start a new game because of the infamous "press space bar to crash" bug. And what have the Devs done? Absolutely nothing.
@BlueBird-wb6kb7 жыл бұрын
The remaster crashs 80% less then the original pc game, I've only had 2 crash's on my entire playthrough of Bioshock 2 remastered

Delusional Labcoat Some people can't help but find something to whine about eh?
@rmc98737 жыл бұрын
Samuel Vazquez Bioshock 2's so called "remaster" deserves all the whining it gets. Go take a little look at the game's steam reviews and you'll see that not even 40 percent of people have a positive look of it. I'm not a clueless hater as you may think of me because I quite liked Bioshock 1's remaster, but this turd...Nearly no texture upscaling compared to the original, No more multiplayer, Intermittent CTDs and bugs that have carried on from the original show how much "attention" the devs committed to it compared to bioshock remastered.

I know some people are disappointed that this didn't unveil a new entry in the series, but I still thought this was a really nice trailer thanking the fans for playing the games and sticking with Bioshock over the years, and it made me appreciate the games more. It's kinda like if you had went to see Baby Driver in theater, they had a little clip of Edgar Wright thanking you for coming to see the film before the movie started. It wasn't anything big, but I really appreciated it and it was a nice touch.

Man I feel old. I remember playing the first one, and second one. It felt like 3 years ago. This is all time my favorite series. I love the philosophy of the game. They seriously need to do another one.

This game changed how I see life for the better. Made me feel something I haven't felt in any other game before. Love you Bioshock, would you kindly make Bioshock 3 in rapture and make it a sandbox game. Love this series with a passion. Thank you for everything
@SugarW1thC0ffee6 жыл бұрын
I thought Bioshock 2 was the most emotional out of the 3. And surely yes I felt more intrigued to Deltas story, you very much feel for him and his struggle to find Eleanor. It differently was to me the most intense considering how desperate and driven you were to find her. Basically you play the role of a loving father who will go through anything, above and beyond, and the farthest he can to save his “daughter” no matter what. But not only that but the whole world was filled with emotions! It’s almost like the whole game is dedicated to Love. Bioshock 2 definitely deserves more appreciation.

I seriously love the last 30 seconds of this trailer, it pulls the heart strings. The sweet music, the compilation of fan arts, and finally the Little Sister saying, "Look, Mr Bubbles, it's an angel!" paints a picture in my head that you're this saviour, which is like a fun way of like being a saviour via saving them and also for the developers, for buying the game lol.

If done right, The Bioshock series could be a really amazing movie series, it has so much potential: the construction, golden years and fall of rapture, minerva's den, burial at the sea and so much more! Plus the soundtrack is really touching.

Bioshock is fantastic. I played Bioshock Infinite firsy then got Bioshock 2, have yet to play it. All I know from Bioshock Infinite that it was absolutely immersive and the characters were believable and very well portrayed. Would love Bioshock games like this

When I was 14 years old I played for the first time bioshock infinite I still remember the amazement and charm I felt for that game, I still remember when I looked at all the videos of theories about the end of infinite and also about the explanation to the parallel universes.

Funny to know I was so scared of Bioshock when I first saw images of it before it was released, I just didn’t expect it was going to be one of my all time favorite series! I hope you guys make more cause I am waiting! Thank you :)
