The reason why Cohen knows is because Elizabeth was his disciple for 2 months then she hired Cohen and his goons to take Sally from booker/Comstock and Cohen knew what Elizabeth was going to do

Played on a accordian makes me think I'm living in Paris France literally waltzing around with a lady as a gentleman and being in a house warming party and drinks and people all around clapping and cheering around as champagne is being poured and laughter is spent through the crowds of musical instruments. What a pleasure to be in La France a beautiful scenery of gorgeous flowers, people and joy!

When i first played this game, i stood for the first minutes on top of the main entrace where there were those Cohen face plaster faces reapeting the facial features over and over and over again while Cohen was yelling in his artistic tantrum. Outstandingly beautiful genius in this peace, alas, playing accordion isn't that easy.... i know
