I knwo many undergraduate students managed to find a position but they are proactive. Typically selection for a position depends on lot of factors other than degree. In the current era, skills are required more than degrees. remember every employer want to earn more money as compared to the salaries they offer. developoing appropriate skills according to the job market is critical to grab a job. Learn what they want to have in you other than your degree and try to develop your CV accordingly.
