• Almonds - ½ cup
• Walnuts - ¼ cup
• Pumpkin seeds - ¼ cup
• Sunflower seeds - ¼ cup
• Flax seeds - ¼ cup
• Sesame seeds - ¼ cup
• Fox nuts - ½ cup
• Oats - ½ cup
• Desiccated coconuts - 1 cup
• Soya bean - ¼ cup
• Cardamom - 3
• Dates - ½ cup
• Jaggery - 1& ½ cup

Can soya be consumed like this? Is it digestable? Soya must be soaked overnight I guess.

Almond 1/2 Cup Peanuts 1/2 Cup Akhrot 1/4 Cup Dry Roast It. Pumpkin Seeds 1/4 Cup Sunflower Seeds 1/4 Cup Flaxseeds 1/4 Cup Makhana 1/2 Cup Sesmee Seeds 1/4 Cup And Roast Them Oats 1/2 Cup Cocunt 1cup and roast both. Soybean 1/4 Cup Roast it. Dates 1/2 Cup Elachi 3 Gur 1/2 Cup Grind all things Enjoy it with Milk❤
