Video popped up on my KZbin homepage as I had a convo last night talking about my two printers... I have two B1's. Funny thing, one is "silent". The other, has the "Bin It" sound at the fans. I print side by side, the loud fan takes over the sound of two printers... Will be replacing.

I'm having the same problem, on the same fan, I'm already looking to replace it with one with a better bearing.

Did you find a good replacement that fits and has the right connector?

@@Olafaloofian I replaced my fans with Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX fans. They are not cheap, but they are very quiet. They are 12V fans and the BIQU B1 power supply is 24V so you need to convert the voltage. I used eBoot Mini MP1584EN DC-DC Buck Converters. These are variable output buck converters, so you need a multimeter to measure the output voltage as you turn the adjustment screw to set the output to 12V. They are tiny and there is plenty of room to put them in the B1 case. There is some minimal soldering involved. I cut the wires going to the original fans and soldered them to the input side of the buck converter. The new fans come with a connecter for the fan which has bare wires on one end. I soldered these to the output side of the buck converter. The fans and buck converters can be ordered from Amazon.

Hello, what size is that fan? I'm facing the same problem, and those at hotend have some issues, have sent an e-mail to Biqu support they already ship, but I'm not sure if they sent that fan inside. Also do you know how to change nozzle? Thank you!

I got exactly the same printer with the same problem. Seems like these little fans are just like that. I disconnected mine. Silent and nice. Still works.
