1/2 cup capsicum
1 cup cauliflower
1/4 cup green peas
.100 gm paneer
1 tbsp desi ghee
whole spices
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1.5 tsp kashmiri mirch powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
.100 ml curd
chop mint
3 tsp salt
