For keto, they’re not bad. They’re really bland plain, but with syrup they’re decent. Makes for an ok quick breakfast. I use Mrs. Butterworth’s sugar-free syrup, because regular syrup is most definitely not keto.

I just tried these half an hour ago, with butter and real maple syrup and they were good, but I felt the waffle was grainy. I like how you described it as disintegrating. I'm just starting to eat keto foods, so this is all new to me.

You'll get used to it, it actually pretty good and it does get the job done. Like I told you sometime ago Birch Benders meals are my go to breakfast before and during Quarantine, trust, you can't go wrong with BB Keto. But I can't wait to hit up Starbucks again.
