My Co-worker doesn't like to eat birch benders Keto, but for me, there are many kinds of Ketogenic diets that I have tried, but the ones I like the most is the Birch benders Chocolate chip keto pankcakes. Give it a try sometime you'll love it, it tastes exceptionally marvelous.

That doesn't look appetising at all! Brownie was always going to be a winner! I'm sure I told you a while back that I went on keto and lost loads of weight. Was on 0 carbs for about 2 months but as soon as I ate carbs the weight piled back on. Haha, loving the bonus footage! It actually looks like a really cool playroom.

@@DadsChow just make sure that you keep having fun and spicing it up with your humour mate. I'd love to see you buy 2 burgers and throw a random chow challenge to someone in the street (preferably a homeless dude). That way you get to challenge someone who can eat faster and do a good deed each week. You could be known as the guy that makes a difference in his videos on top of entertaining. These kinda videos can be made pretty long... Like a story... First you buy the burgers and then search for the challenger... There's a few minutes before you've even started eating.
