Bird Gamayun - Virtual reality painting (Tilt Brush)

In Slavic folklore, Gamayun is a prophetic bird who predict the future and bring good news for people who are aware of mysteries. She is also a symbol of wisdom and knowledge. She's usually represented with the head and breast of woman and the body of a bird.
During my life, I've noticed that if you really want something and you concentrate on it, you'll always succeed. Everything will go with it: you meet the right people, read inspiring books, and create the circumstances to make you dreams real. Sometimes we just loose our purpose. Gamayun is for me a symbol of wish. Once you know what you want, go ahead!

DCGD I believe you can attach a vive tracker to a camera and have the movements mirrored into both the real world and virtual world.

How is this video made? You shoot the artist on a green screen with a real camera but the background image tracks the virtual camera and the artwork even sometimes occludes the artist. Is this done in tiltbrush? Is this a modified version of tiltbrush?

This is the regular Tilt Brush, it's called a mixed reality video.

I have tilt brush and i can't track an external camera into the scene and composite the person into the scene with full occlusion.

I looked at VRscout's video of how they do it. I see they have a vive tracker attached to their real world camera. they must find some way to assign that to the virtual camera and record the motion. then they can re-render the background layer using "some-program" I don't know and render the foreground elements somehow and composite them all together. The other thing that gets me is they can do this with other programs too. What is similar about these programs that lets them insert a camera into the scene? were the programs all written in unity and there is some kind of unity hack that lets you create a virtual camera and render only foreground elements?

It's not a hack, it's working with almost all unity vr apps. You need to add a config file to the root of the app to activate the mixed reality mode. Google "mixed reality video", there are lots of info about that.

Really depends on a lot of factors.. Fps, reprojection, getting used to it.. Shouldnt be able to get so sick in a roomscale game if it runs good enough..
