Bird's Eye View Backup System With Just One Camera. ATOTO AC-HD03 Backup Camera + ATOTO S8 Pro.

If you don't have a 360° Bird's Eye View backup system in your car, today we will show a great alternative.
Normally Bird's Eye View system comes with 4 cameras: one in the front, two on the sides (side mirrors), and one in the back.
Our vehicle only has one camera in the back. Nevertheless, it does have Bird's Eye View backup system. In this video, I will show you how it works.
The ATOTO AC-HD03 backup camera with a virtual surround-view parking system only works in pair with ATOTO S8 Pro Android Head Unit that comes with an image stitching algorithm. It won't work with any other head units.

Hi I don't know if you can help,I have the reverse camera installed on my Hyundai i20 2010 ,but at times when I get into reverse gear it doesn't work,and it works sometimes,can you maybe help with a solution for this

Thanks for the video. I bought an S8 premium and then bought this camera. It's great. Any time after calibration, you can hit "crop" and lower the field of view of the righthand image to lessen the fisheye effect.

Thank you for this video. I just installed my cam for my S8 yesterday, and wasn't sure what the blanket was all about, in part, because the instructions are printed so tiny! LOL. But watching your vid showed me everything I needed to do in order to calibrate my rear cam and I am amazed at how accurate this thing is. Truly an amazing feature. Cheers.

I've got that camera with an S8 MS 9". I have to say it works well and I'm happy with it, but if you don't have access to a parking garage then calibration is a nightmare. A shadow from your car, a passing cloud, a light breeze, a butterfly sneezing will give you "calibration failed". It took me 2 days in multiple locations and weather conditions to finally get a pass. I was so surprised and shocked when it finally worked I felt like I found Bigfoot.

I just installed this rear camera but I’m having an issue where everything is mirrored to the wrong side. For example, if I’m reversing out from my driveway and there’s a UPS truck blocking my way on the left side; on the 180 degree cam, the truck will be showing up on the right side!! And yet, the rear view camera shows the UPS truck being on the left side. Any idea what went wrong?

The S8 Ultra is supposed to have this built into the unit, so no other hardware is needed, besides an ATOTO camera / OEM camera. Has anyone been able to use this built-in feature successfully? I have mine connected, but every time I pull into the reverse gear, the RCAM app defaults to the normal reverse cam input (not the RCAM app).

You don't need an atoto unit for it to works. It will worls with any head unit that supports backup camera input
