Birds singing after midnight & Wild looking Moon !

Since when do Birds sing at night & the wildest looking Moon I've ever seen im assuming it's simply a tree limb making the Moon look so strange idk

I recently heard that frequencies could be the cause of these birds being confused and getting their nights and days mixed up

It changed shapes way faster than the Moon would have naturally moved to have made it look different by moving to a different position behind that tree limb
