Can you guys believe how much Birdy has been spoiling us for the past few months? @@oneman4412 Hi, there's not really a cure if you want me to be honest, I'm better now but sometimes i still feel like shit, I'm on antidepressants and I think it helps, try to get an appointment with your doctor and maybe a psychologist to see if it helps. Try and listen to your fav songs, watch your favorite movies, and remember that everything is temporary. Hang on and be strong 💙

Sometimes it helps MORE than all the "well-intentioned advices" and it gives you some HOPE, where you need it most!!! I´m really glad that you are feeling better now...(I know how it is to face a depression...thinking not to get out of it!) Also for me it was music that gave me some kind of hope and confidence in times, where nothing/no one else was able to convince me to "go on!!!"
