It sounds like you needed to go up a size. I did. Then my toes did not hit the front!!! I also started with a narrow. If you look at the foot bed, the little foot picture is solid for narrow. I have thin feet but liked the regular width better. It might have been easier to start with a regular pair rather than a thong. If that wasn’t leather and was more of a patent, it might also be more difficult.

Thanks for the tips. I don't like the aesthetic of the regular ones or other styles, I thought this was the most stylish of the options. They're leather not patent leather as I feel like patent looks cheap for the most part.

Mine's terrible to be honest. It tends to just be a monthly gel pedicure with callus removal. I need to get better at doing callus removal at home but there's only so much time one can devote to skincare and my face gets most of it.

I have the original birks for over 2 years now and I wear them everywhere , even with socks to the gym , now they have my black footprints on them and they honestly stink like cheesy vinegar , I asked my partner if she could do a smell check after I’d worn them to gym and I saw her wretch a little and now she makes fun of my cheesy feet 😂🤮

I know! That sounds really bad but as a fashion editor it's my job to know trends and wear what's in style otherwise I lose creditability. I personally also think they're really ugly. I was just seeing if their comfort would compensate for that and make them worth it but since they gave me blisters they're a hard pass for me. However, so many people love them, so they must be comfortable for some. That's why I love fashion, there's so many options for everyone and the World would be a very boring place if we all liked and wore the same thing.
