Birkenstock Tokio Supergrip Unboxing and Thoughts

I just got the Tokio Supergrips and I am loving how comfortable they are, just like all my Birks. I really like how I can wear these around without the worry of having my foot slip out of the sandal. The back strap makes the world of a difference. I was on the waiting list for the Tokio's on Birkenstock's website but my size had not gotten restocked so I got these at Ssense instead. I've been a long time custie at Ssense and they rarely disappoint. They shipped these the morning after I ordered and they arrived within 72 hours. If you can find a pair of these Tokio's in your size, DO NOT HESITATE, buy them immediately. tbh, the salt on the floor spills trick works better. they're pretty slip resistant on wet surfaces, not so much on oily surfaces.

Love the look, im deciding between Tokio and London.. both are Bostons with ankle support.. love Birkenstock improved the sole so it can last longer.. what is your opinion between Tokio and London style.?

I originally considered the London! but I really liked the idea of having a bit of space at my heel.

I did NOT! I had to size down one full size. I usually wear a size 42 but i got a 41 for the Tokio.
