Birth Control is NOT the Answer

Your video makes complete sense. It all stems from the adrenals. Luckily birth control isn't the answer because some people, including me, can't take birth control, or anything doing with estrogen. It's because I have factor v Leiden. And I do have blood clots. So no way to birth control. Thank you for caring and sharing your knowledge.

Nothing has helped. My regular doctor can't help. I've been put on Adderall to try to help with it, but that's no relief. Since 2007, I've been plagued and cursed by fatigue after caring for my disabled mom. It just happened out of the blue one day. And it's been nothing but life sucking fatigue since then. Husband divorced me because I was "lazy" for years. We were forced to sell our house. I'm so tired of being tired. It makes me constantly wonder, why am I here then, if I can't contribute to anyone or even the world.
