I would agree. I'm reticent to criticize videos that are well produced, especially if they increase people's interest in these topics. But you're right, references to theories and evidence are few and far between. So much is presented as fact when it's really speculation and hypothesis. This is why I greatly respect channels that make the effort to be transparent about what they are presenting it'd be a little tawdry to plug them here, but they are out there
