오늘은 마카롱 생일케이크를 만들었읍니다.
케이크 시크를 사용하지 않고 마카롱 꼬끄를 크게 만들어 사용했어요.
케이크 디자인은 아주 미국스러운 단순한 풍선케이크 입니다.

It's finally getting a bit cooler here in California.
Today, I made a macaroon birthday cake.
Instead of using cake layers, I made large macaroon shells to use.
The cake design is a very simple, American-style balloon cake.
마카롱 Macaron 레시피
계란흰자 Egg White 80g
설탕 Sugar 80g
아몬드가루 102g
파우더슈가 94g
버터크림 Butter Cream
버터 Butter 200g
파우더슈가 Powdered Sugar 400g
바닐라 엑기스 Vanilla Ext. 1t
소금 pinch salt
색소 Color Gel ( Americolor )
빨강 Red Red
오렌지 Orange
노랑 Lemon Yellow
초록 Leaf Green
하늘색 Sky Blue
파랑색 Regal Blue
진한색 조색할때는 ( 예를 들면 빨간색 ,파랑색 등 ) 버터크림이 유성이기 때문에 잘 섞이지 않치요? 그럴땐 유성컬러가 있으면 좋지만 없으면 먼저 원하는 색을 넣어 섞은후 ¼ 정도 덜어서 전자렌지이 5초 정도 짧게 돌려 녹여서 다시 본반죽에 넣어 섞어주면 유화가 잘 되어 선명한 버터크림을 만들수 있읍니다.

For dark colors (like red or blue), the buttercream can be difficult to mix because it's oil-based, right? If you have oil-based colors, that's great, but if not, you can first mix in the desired color and then set aside about ¼ of the mixture. Microwave it for about 5 seconds to melt it slightly, then mix it back into the main batch. This will help emulsify it better and create a vibrant buttercream.
