Hi, I've just started following your channel. The first thing I thought was what a beautiful family, and I enjoy watching your sous vide videos. I've just set myself up with some sous vide equipment, and I'm loving it, but I'm pretty new to it. I'm an English man living in Australia since 1973. It's very refreshing to see such a nice family, the way the world is today with all the hatred around. Keeps up the great videos mate cheers 🍻

You will love sous vide cooking, especially if you like a medium rare steak. Experiment with different times and temperatures, until you find your perfect combo.
