KUDA shader maybe? That's what I used a while back in my game and it looked almost like hers. It could also be Sildur's or SEUS as well. In my experience the exact shader doesn't matter too much, most of them have a decent array of graphics options, so if you want a particular look you can usually get it with most shaders.
