This is an ages old video by now, but I have only really heard Haato ever speak English a few times, but it is obvious that if she gets to read it she is perfectly fluent and doesn't struggle with the Japanese habit of adding vowels to the end. She even clearly has the American dialect. "Water" becomes "Wader" . How is her English now? Has she improved since then? I am a bit out of the loop with Vtubers.

I'm a non-native. Judging by the logic of the sentence alone, it has to be always or often. But both answers sound good to me. Either my logic is lacking or my grammar is.
