Annie I could relate to so much of what you were saying in this video! I am turning 39 next month and to be honest have never felt better or fitter or happier in my life - age is just a number! Also when you were saying you love to travel but feel so content at home, that is so me! Aaaaand when you were talking about struggling with eating healthily on holiday but trying to not let it become a 'thing' I can relate to so much too! I know I feel so much better and get so much enjoyment from healthy food, but I dont want it to spoil things for my partner when we travel so its easier to order as best you can and enjoy it!
