Footling breech is more of an emergency that failure to move into birth canal.footling breech means babies legs and torso can be hanging out of the vagina and the cervix has not dilated enough to allow the head which is the biggest part of a newborn.babies can be starved of oxygen and have brain damage in footling breech.

Hospital never let me get up to walk. They kept me in the bed, hooked up to several machines and denied me water when I started feeling dehydrated.
