Why do u use reg syntho’s instead of class item?

Most likely because the real Synthos gives a higher damage buff than the class item. Every perk the class items can roll, while still awesome, won't be as potent as the buff from the exotic armor pieces themselves.

Reg synthos gives extra super damage and increased reload and handling I believe alongside the increased melee damage.

Why arc and not stasis? Stasis is frost armor so that’s defense right? Why arc? Is it just because of the super or what?

Super damage is a part of it but its also down to surviving not being an issue (especially with the modifier that massively increases your health).
