Easier way to tell the mines apart is that the fake ones say "deactivating" while you're in them, and the real mines say "defusing". Much easier than trying to see a slight color difference.

Heads up, for any exotics that refund super energy, while transcendent you will not get the refunded super energy. Not sure why this is happening but its something to keep an eye on for builds like this

@AshleyRobinson-os1xb it is not build dependent. I have tested this with every exotic that refunds energy. Yes sometimes you get some back but in my testing 99% of the time you get nothing back if transcendence is active Edit: after looking at that section, it appears to give him super energy because it landed before his transcendence animation finished. If you notice the size of the group he nova'd he should have gotten much more energy back but instead he stopped gaining energy refund once transcendence started

I like that emblem and I LOVE the Carina Nebula ornament on Graviton Lance! Makes it look way more like the mini black holes gun it is per the lore on the gun. I especially love how this ornament makes Grav Lance look so much better in your hands, while readied, while ADS'ing, etc. Space cosmic fantasy to the max! Also, Mactics, you're great, you're content is freakin' awesome and I'm glad you were able to take up doing this full time--the quality shows!

Skull has been really nice this season in a vast majority of content. I like Khovostov as well due to the ricochets counting as unique damage events so it jibes with the Prismatic fragment that gives you Trans. energy on kinetic damage

That fragment only adds additional trans energy on kills, just fyi. The amount of trans energy being generated on hits is just from the sheer number of damage instances Khvostov triggers.

I use the electric slide instead of the hellion turret, gets me a lot of devour in desperate situations where I need devour to save my life. Plus it makes you amplified even without a hit or kill, that feeds the faster class ability with the fragment and your class ability with melee kickstart feeds back to your melee.

There's a new artifact mod that drops the cost of all melee mods. For the nova bomb build, you could fit a melee mod in for 1 energy for extra orb/super energy on the arms.

The winner in this build is the weapon damage kills from Skull with Devour active. If you manage to delete an entire wave of enemies with a Nova Bomb, great, but its the moment to moment regen you get from Bad Juju and skull working together that is the secret sauce. Skull benefits from any weapon damage with devour active, so taking a heavy GL to a miniboss will give you the regen from skull and kill the enemy faster and saving Bad Juju for the red bars when you don't have Nova Bomb up will be best. Juju gets so many kills from the explosions it does that you will be charged with 5x string of curses nearly all the time so you don't need to worry about using a stronger weapon for the tougher stuff. I was using Juju, Indebted Kindness and Pro Memoria for add clear stuff like Onslaught and putting on Bad Sister for when boss damage was called for. I just got a Velocity Beacon and ofc Banshee's roll of Chill Inhibitor so both of those with Juju will allow you to lean more into using Juju with the AD launcher weakening and using Juju to finish them off + using the GL for deleting yellow bars. For mods I would run kinetic surges because Juju already stacks really high damage with string of curses or just run ability regen upon orb pickup to ensure you always have the ability to proc devour. I love this build because its the Kinetic Prismatic version of Mantle of Battle Harmony. Prismatic has a lot of reasons to use a kinetic weapon which you can't do with Mantle so having Skull walk in and take the ticket for the super regen exotic you can use with a kinetic primary made my day when I saw the change in the patch notes + the fact Juju was made XL Haunted with the extra explosions.

Same here. So many times I’ve looked at my boots and brain stormed what I should equip but I usually always go with recuperation, because your constantly running into orbs and it is a lifesaver especially in gms

Nice thing with Bad Juju is that because it’s a Kinetic weapon, it does also fill up the transcendence meter for both light and dark upon kills with it. Basically, you’ll be getting your transcendence grenade AND super back pretty quickly with this weapon.

This is easily usable in GMs. Swap the super for Song of Flame. No, you won’t be getting half of it back after use, but the extra super energy while Devour is up still works. Then, pair it with something like an Outbreak Perfected, especially if all your teammates are doing the same, and you’ll be having supers out the ass! It works with any super, so if you want to use another one for GMs now that all roaming supers are good, feel free to. Also any exotic weapon ornament that fits a fashion set, your shaders etc, is gonna be the best looking, because the competition is so tight on those ornaments. They’re hard to rank without matching anything with them.

I really like the Asclepieion ornament for the Speakers Sight. I’m a huge Greek mythology fan and love the callback to a healing support guardian build to the healer son of Apollo. It defo gives off a Greek/Roman feel with the laurels, and it pairs really well with the sunlit armour, perhaps a happy accident to the Apollo call. It’s the little details. I’m gonna try this build and call it the Purple Rain

The last column of the artifact has 2 decent Void mods, 1 gives an overshield useful for protection when you Novabomb too close to anything in the Tomb and the other grants Void melee regen that you can use for super regen with gauntlet mods & devour. Symmetry ornament.

An important note about Nova Bomb's interaction with the new Skull adjustment: Nova Bomb will not give its largest benefit if the Nova Bomb triggers Devour. Devour must already be active before you throw Nova Bomb and hit/kill targets.

Storm dancers brace is actually refunding about 1/2 the super energy with or without Bad JuJu . Basically Bad JuJu is the way to go with super builds . It works practically with anything right now . The Skull may work with a build that is geared towards grenades and prismatic alone if you mod it out. Otherwise I don’t think I’d bother actually. Also after trying out the stromdancer idea I went with crown of tempest and that’s working really well Especially in prison of elders right now .

Eternal Warrior Hemet dropped for me yesterday. Created a Arc class with it. I poop orbs. 4X arc damage with Arc Logic(SUB & RAMPAGE) and Thunderlord. Arc Syphon, Power Preservation, Firepower, Heavy handed and Reaper mods. On Arc Juggernaut, Knockout and Blinding Grenade. Fragments- Recharge, Spark, Resistance and Amplitude. Go have fun dudes.

Its a good build but some minor issues with the build that I've noticed and this is my personal opinion about it. Arms - I feel like a Kinetic Loader would be useless for Bad Juju as the reload time goes from 1.92 to 1.5, especially when the weapon refills on kills and you can get kills easily with Bad Juju if you have String of Curses up and damaging weakened foes like some tanky orange or yellow bars. I could be wrong but that's how I personally feel about the Kinetic Loader on there. Legs - The two mods where you get healing on orb pick up is not really necessary, especially if you're running Devour and Phoenix Dive, I would personally put double Surge mods based on what heavy weapon you're using or go with a Surge Mod + Scavenger Mod of the heavy weapon you're using.

Hey Mactics..greatings from Brazil. You shoudn´t use the nova bomba while transcending....for some reason (bug?) the super energy not back. Try it. Devour and super.. look the superbar... Try again with trancending active, devour and super.. nothing of super back... This also apply for the exoct chest for Stormcaller.

Been running this for quite aq while now.. its just not as strong in like GM difficulty.. Best thing about this is it's not dependant on the seasonal mods. + the exotic helm is bugged when using nova bomb while transcended it doesn't refund super energy.

Tried this in GM, didnt feel any better than any other nova bomb build. In lower tier content or solo where you can tag red bars is fine, but group play if your team wipes the red bars too quickly you struggle to maintain devour. So this felt pretty mid to me, but still love the build.
