They are better off searching for jobs in other states - South India, for instance. Even 15 lakhs that is needed for European "DUNKI" can be spent well on a sound education and look for jobs in India - There is shortage for skilled workers in India too. Contrary to popular belief, countries like Canada, US, UK etc aren't attractive anymore as they were 10 years ago. Real estate, food prices, cost of living has skyrocketed and made it difficult for their locals too. Please don't waste money on illegal immigration. You can get a better chance of living your dream by launching a startup in India than going on risky adventures like this.

The current situation in most of Western Europe is unfavourable for migration, and local people are more and more reluctant or hateful towards low-class economic migrants. The atmosphere for low economic and social background migrant is fragile. West Europeans aren't specially racists or xenophonic in their nature, but many among them want to openly throw out you in the sea. Problems exposure for potential Indian migrants of lower background is enhanced by the fact that they aren't (generally) temporary migrants who come here for making some money and go back, but with intention to settle there, and bringing in family, relatives, biradari, gaon and more ! Definitive migration is more and more perceived as a cultural and existential threat by West Europeans, whose native population aren't growing much, and reducing in comparison of the worldwide (especially Africa/Middle East/South Asia) migrants population. Migrants are as well perceived as social welfares eating people, not integrated to their host nation and reluctant to do so, but well trained to exploit country advantages for their own migrant communities benefits, at the expense of the locals ! FOr my family, my father was able to work so hard, coming from a smaller apartment in chennai with his family to get an IT job and get on an aeroplane to New York to work there and give me and and my sister a good American education. But still, there was a lot of struggle, especially with American Immagration for Indians, he had to spend 17 entire years of constant work in America just to get the greencard. And also his company kept on laying him off, with how unstable the field is for Programmers, with so much new technology and languages for programming. But thank god it was not this Dunki route to America, because while the legal route is difficult, the DUnki route would have been so dangerous.
